Postinfectious Immune-Mediated Neurological Diseasesten based on steroids, plasma exchange and intravenous immunoglobulins. Despite a favourable clinical course, postinfectious cerebellitis may rarely require surgical decompression due to oedema of the posterior fossa. Treatment should be initiated as fast as possible.
