An Algorithm to Model Paradigm Shifting in Fuzzy Clusteringopose an implementation of a graded possibilistic clustering algorithm based on an interval equality constraint enforcing both the normality condition and the required graded possibilistic condition. Multi-class Image Coding via EM-KLT Algorithmatched to a multidimensional Gaussian density function and the Karhunen-Loeve Transform (KLT), followed by optimal quantization and coding, is applied to each one of them.
