Clustering Analysis for Bacillus Genus Using Fourier Transform and Self-Organizing Mapo the transformed DNA sequences to draw conclusions of taxonomic relationships among the bacteria of Bacillus genus. The results show that the relationships among the bacteria are corresponding to recent biological findings.
