Network Slicing: Dynamic Isolation Provisioning and Energy Efficiency, of slicing. To address this problem, a hierarchical framework is proposed with three participants, i.e., cellular users, MVNOs, and InPs. The goal of this work is to jointly maximize the revenues of both MVNOs and InPs while satisfying the service level agreements among MVNOs/InPs.
