Liposome-Templated Hydrogel Nanoparticles for Targeted Delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 to Brain Tumors,ock out GFP expression in U87MG-GFP brain tumor-bearing mice. Thus, LHNPs are capable of not only highly efficient gene editing but also penetrating the blood-brain barrier for gene therapy in the brain. Overall, LHNPs have the potential to serve as a powerful CRISPR/Cas9 delivery vehicle for clinical applications.
