Controllable Synthesis and Photocatalytic Activities of TiO2 Nanocrystalsthe formation and growth of TiO. nanocrystals during solvothermal processes are discussed. The adsorbed small organic molecule can be removed easily by vacuum treatment at 40 °C. The synergetic effect between solvent and doping ions on crystal phase and morphology is also discussed.
