Anodic Nanostructuring of Titanium Oxideleads to the formation of a quasi-ordered system of nanochannel grating as a result of electrochemical etching of Ti film. In our experiments the nanochannel diameter was 30–150?nm with a height up to approximately 500?nm. Further etching of film forms nanopillars.
