Excitonic Quasimolecules in Nanoheterosystems Containing Semiconductor and Dielectric Quantum Dotst ground state of exciton quasimolecule, consisting of two semiconductor quantum dots, is a significant large value, larger than the binding energy of the biexciton in a semiconductor single crystal by almost two orders of magnitude.

Thermogravimetric Study of Nano-SnO2 Precursorsof two studied complexes are to be established due to the differences of their structures: presence or absence of a coordinated water molecules. The presence of water molecules facilitates loosening the matter of a complex at a thermal decomposition of it and forms nanoscale grains in our tin dioxide films.

We present the numerical model of phase-locking of several weakly coupled STNOs that allows one to take into account the limitations of the STNO manufacturing technology and report numerical simulations based on this model for arrays of globally coupled STNOs.
