Screw-Dislocated Nanostructures,onstructed surface and dislocation yield ultralow thermal conductivity values. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations suggest that the large dislocation strain field in nanowires may play a key role in suppressing the thermal conductivity of thermoelectric nanomaterials further to enhance their thermoelectricity.
