Some Definitions for the Theory of Rulesission, . liberty, operability, . power, liability, disability, and immunity. The non-logical primitive notions are three: a certain technical notion of action; the notion of a set of rules directing a state-ofaffairs; the notion of a set of rules legislating that such-and-such be the case if certain conditions are met.
