Prologue

Scapular Flap is relatively long, large and easy to prepare. The skin is thick and hairless with less subcutaneous fat than the groin. The donor site can be closed directly and the donor defect is relatively good. However, a tight donor site closure will result in a spread scar and its high location on the back is not acceptable to many women.
