Capillary-Driven Microfluidic Chips for Miniaturized Immunoassays: Efficient Fabrication and Sealinganing, and drying steps. Then, integration of reagents (if any) can be done, followed by lamination of a sealing cover. Breaking by hand the partially diced wafer yields individual chips ready for use.
