Modeling, Parametric Synthesis and Characterization of Bellow-Type Pneumatic Micro-actuator, of desired “force-displacement curves” spanning feasible range of parameters. One specific case is considered for fabrication of this bellow type pneumatic actuator and its characterization validates the proposed design analysis.
