Paper 6: Immunohistochemical expression patterns of the microRNA-processing enzyme Dicer in cutaneomore, miRNA metabolism in the skin and its appendages has been shown to be essential for normal skin morphogenesis. It is thus expected that disruption of proper miRNA expression can be observed in various malignant tumors, including malignant melanocytic skin lesions.
