Modal Analysis of Helical Planetary Gear Train Coupled to Bevel Gear,ived. The mean values of both mesh stiffness are used to solve the eigenvalue problem. The critical natural frequencies for the system are determined. It was found that the natural modes can be classified into two major classes depending on their modal displacements.
