At the same time, it is not that easy to assess the quality of childhood which is produced in the interplay of global influences and local realities. Based on a study of more than hundred preschool childrens and their parents in Kyrgyzstan such an assessment is attempted and its inevitable biases are discussed.

Renormalization and the S- matrix in YM theory in axial gauges,cal counterterms. Calculating quark-quark scattering we show at the one-loop level how the nonlocal UV-divergences cancel in an on-shell S-matrix element and how the gauge-dependent local UV-divergences vanish by a nonmultiplicative renormalization of the external fermion lines.
