Cantilever Beam Subjected to an End Loadf test cases..The particular case of a steel cantilever beam subjected to an end load is then investigated by using both analytical and numerical techniques. The deflection of the beam obtained by an analytical approach is validated by using finite difference methods and suggestions are given on possible finite element approaches.

Flow Through Porous Mediamathematical model is formulated after making some simplifying assumptions. Numerical methods are then used to solve the governing Laplace’s equation and including irregular boundary conditions. Consequently numerical results are obtained for the distribution of the head by using MATLAB.
