Supporting Service Quality Assurance via Trouble Managementomponents. The test-bed for this work is based on a TINA platform Y.TSP that has been extended with a trouble management component. We show how this trouble management component can be used to support service quality assurance via two application cases studies.

Automating Internet Routing Behavior Analysis Using Public WWW Traceroute Services as in planning extensions and enhancement. In this paper we describe tools for data analysis and an experiment conducted during the summer of 1999 using traceroute for analyzing Internet routing anomalies. We compare our results with Paxton’s analysis of 1995’s Internet.
