Pituitary Apoplexy,ituitary apoplexy is sometimes mistaken for a pituitary hemorrhage, which is a much less severe condition or is even asymptomatic, and whose MRI features are different: for instance, demonstration of a fluid-fluid level at the early stage of the disease rules out the diagnosis of pituitary apoplexy.
