Cannabinoids as Regulators of Neural Development and Adult Neurogenesis, cell proliferation and neurogenesis during development and in the adult brain. A better characterization of the mechanisms involved in these effects could contribute to the development of new therapeutic alternatives to neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders.

Lysophosphatidic Acid Signalling Enhances Glioma Stem Cell Properties,n and invasion. Interactions between LPA and PI3K signalling may help explain treatment resistance to PI3K inhibitors and future studies investigating the combined use of EGFR/PI3K and LPA inhibitors may be promising.
