Butzer untersucht, dem ich für seine Unterstützung herzlich danke. Ein Teil der genannten Ergebnisse ist in [4] (siehe auch [1]) enthalten; eine weitere Arbeit, die sich insbesondere mit der hier angekündigten Taylorformel besch?ftigt, ist in Vorbereitung.
