Human Capital Sustainability Leadership Scale: Psychometric Proprieties of the Malaysian Version and private organization sectors in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The respondents were asked to complete HCSLS and the Flourishing Scale (FS). The results supported a good model of HCSLS to fit the data. HCSLS demonstrated good reliability and concurrent validity.
