Identity,Identity stands for the way you see yourself. When you are asked who you are, your identity is the labels you associate yourself with. These labels typically start with “I.” For example, I am an Israeli, I am a woman, I am an empathic person, I care about people and their well-being, and I am results-oriented.

Emancipation,Emancipation refers to the aspect of being set free from legal, social, or political restrictions. It is about gaining freedom in a context where one is not in control. For example, children are emancipated from their parents when they come of age. However, depending on the relationship, emancipation can be a natural process or a painful one.

Capability,Capability refers to a person’s power or ability to get something done or generate an outcome. Low capability suggests that a person may struggle to accomplish a particular goal or perform a particular task. High capability, on the contrary, means that accomplishing the goal or performing the task may come easier to that highly capable person.
