Users’ Commitment in Information System Implementation: The Role of Technological Frames semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Technological Frames of Reference (TFR) and The Three Component Model of Organizational Commitment provided a theoretical grounding for analyzing the data collected. Three TFR relevant to the development of commitment and benefit achievement were identified: Control, Liability and Protection.
