Almost all products exhibit seasonality in their sales pattern. Considering the particularity of on-line shopping, we define monthly, weekly and daily period as the division of on-line season. The models perform differently when frequency of data varies.

Public Policy Simulation Based on Online Social Network: Case Study of Chinese Circuit Breaker Mechtudy on the hotly debated “circuit breaker mechanism” policy was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The simulation results suggested that the circuit breaker mechanism is infeasible; the fact that the policy was indeed formally terminated confirms the effectiveness of the simulation method.

Optimization of Supplier Selection and Order Allocation Under Fuzzy Demand in Fuzzy Lead Time,ing (MCDM) problem aiming to optimize the order quantities placed to many suppliers. The problem is solved by a fuzzy linear programming technique. A numerical example is also given for the illustration of the discussed issues.
