CommentI will take my motto from Dr O’Donnell’s book: to avoid at all costs ‘becoming caught up in X’s critical comments on Y’s contribution to Z’s efforts to say what Keynes really meant’.. I shall also take Robert Skidelsky as my guide, which is a reasonable thing to do with Keynes’s biographer.
