Follow-up Results of Chiari Pelvic Osteotomy for Patients with Acetabular Dysplasias and early osteoarthrosis in patients under 50 years. This osteotomy was an effective procedure for severe acetabular dysplasia with respect of relief of pain, improvement of gait, and ADL. The decision to perform this osteotomy is dependent upon the biomechanical evaluation of effectiveness, as there are both advantages and disadvantages.
