Potential Scattering of Charged Particles in a Laser Field,low for an exactly solvable problem, so we must always resort to approximation schemes. Moreover, essentially two new parameters, the laser field and the laser frequency, have been introduced into the scattering problem and a complete analysis in all ranges of these parameters has yet to be presented.
