Quality Control at Outputduct can be classified into several grades based on the quality characteristics, and the partition between two adjacent grades can be optimized. Similarly, the screening tests (including burn-in and environmental stress screening) can be optimized to achieve an appropriate tradeoff between the test costs and field losses.
