High Temperature Deformation of Al2O3/ZrO2 Matrix Ceramic Composites: Interface Controlled Creep, 1450°C during creep experiments. In addition to activation energies higher than the creep activation energy of the constituents, mechanical behaviours were characterized by the presence of threshold stresses. The different results are analysed with regard to models of interface controlled diffusional creep.
