Intelligent Control of Flows with Risks on a Networkf this value the optimal arc functions of min cost are defined. Three numerical examples are described which illustrate the potentials of the proposed methods for optimization of the network flows with risks. The concepts of ‘minimal cut of the network risk’ and ‘max flow of min cost and min cut of network risk’ are introduced.

Low Time Complexity Collision Avoidance Method for Autonomous Mobile Robots space is presented in a unified way. The method results in a smooth movement, but is also equipped with a reactive calculation path that handles dangerous and damage-prone situations. The total calculation time for a desktop computer for presented method is 5[ms], resulting in real-time behavior of an algorithm.
