Contact Investigation, Staff require skilled interview techniques, advanced communication, organisational and data management skills. The traditional approach to contact investigation focused on household and close contacts, and the ‘stone in the pond’ method is being replaced by an approach based on social network analysis and whole genome sequencing data.
