Expertise, Knowledge and Decision: Lessons from the Covid-19 Crisis in France disagree on many things in their field of expertise and are not immune of bias and conflict of interest. In few words, experts are generally not good decision makers and it is worst when they are assembled in a panel. The COVID-19 crisis provides many examples.
