Cross-Modal Music-Emotion Retrieval Using DeepCCAur approach uses . (DeepCCA) which projects music samples and their associated emotion sequences into a common space using deep neural networks, and maximises the correlation between projected music samples and emotion sequences using CCA. Our experiments show the superiority of our approach for CMR compared to one-way retrieval.

The Influence of Age on Morphometric and Textural Vertebrae Features in Lateral Cervical Spine Radioanalyzed using the MaZda software. Statistical analysis identified features that are correlated significantly with age. The strongest correlations were found for equivalent ellipsoid diameter in the case of morphometry, and LBP, GLCM, and GRLM for textures. The influence on the results of image formats, color depth and gender is also discussed.

Pancreas and Duodenum—Automated Organ Segmentationautomates and streamlines the fuzzy connectedness (FC) method. All described steps of the presented methodology have been implemented in MATLAB and tested on clinical abdominal CT scans. The atlas based segmentation combined with the FC method gave Dice index results at the following level: 70.18–84.82% for pancreas and 68.90–88.06% for duodenum.

Computer-Based Analysis of Spontaneous Infant Activity: A Pilot Study limbs movement features were based on kinematic parameters like velocity and acceleration. Basic information about movement location was described as mean value. Novel parameters characterised movement range based on ellipses described on limbs trajectories have been proposed.
