The Quality of Business Process Modelling Methods,thod and presents a number of quality properties as well as ways to operationalise them. In this paper, the framework is illustrated by studying the quality of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) for the purpose of business process modelling. Conclusions are drawn both on the quality of UML and on the application of the framework to study UML.
