Anomaly Characterization in Flow-Based Traffic Time Seriestrics, in particular by using flow, packet and byte frequency variations over time. The contribution of this paper is that it shows, based on a number of real case studies on high-speed networks, that all three metrics may be necessary for proper time series anomaly characterization.

An Enhanced SNTP (ESNTP) Clock Synchronization for High-Precision Network QoS Measurementsained 3.7 ms average clock offset in the same environment. The proposed clock synchronization scheme provides higher precision with smaller clock offset error compared to the NTPv4 that is reported to provide clock offset of 10 ms in public Internet.

SEM: A Security Evaluation Model for Inter-domain Routing System in the Interneteats status of the routing information from RouteViews using our model. The experimental results show that the model can provide intuitive security threat indices for BGP routers, various ASes and the BGP system respectively, and further more, it can provide valuable, intuitional curve for Internet operators.
