Vulnerability Assessment of Manipur to Floods Using Unequal Weightsistricts are low on adaptive capacity indicators with moderate on exposure indicators. Bishnupur, Imphal-west, and Ukhrul are least vulnerable to flood followed by Chandel, Imphal-east, and Tamenglong in the vulnerability.
