High-Temperature Spin Qubit in Silicon Tunnel Field-Effect Transistors,We have improved the operating temperature of silicon qubits by adopting deep silicon impurities and tunnel field-effect transistor. The quantum interference effect of a single qubit was observed by high-speed modulation of qubit energy by device gate voltage.
