The results provided in this paper show that the choice of CPRNG for given problem is crucial in terms of affecting the performance of the algorithm, therefore the next research step will be focused on the development of the framework which will adapt to the solved problem and select the most suitable CPRNG or their combination.

Tabu Search Hybridized with Multiple Neighborhood Structures for the Frequency Assignment Problem,del. These lower bounds ensure that the search focuses on parts of the solution space that are likely to contain feasible solutions. Our tabu search algorithm was tested on real and randomly generated benchmark datasets of the static problem and achieved competitive results.
