The Development of Vulnerable Real Estate in South Florida,act of sea-level rise on the values of their own homes. Other studies of house price trends have detected a dampening effect of vulnerability to sea-level rise on home sales. We concluded that we needed another perspective on this issue, and therefore conducted a survey of real estate agents.
