Physical Examination of the Hip and Pelvisally, the hip will be recognized early as the source of the complaint which is dependent upon a consistent method of interpreting the history and clinical examination of the hip. The standardized physical examination produces a fixed background, on which to produce the shadow of hip pathology and allowing for a five-layer comprehensive diagnosis.
