Molecular Aspects of Temperature Adaptation, have significant implications at the biochemical, physiological and molecular levels. Along these lines, scrutiny of macromolecules, e.g. proteins, provides an opportunity to establish structure-function relationships which may be involved in a specific adaptation to different physiological requirements.
