Aortic Regurgitation,aphy which determines mechanism, aetiology, and severity of the AR. Cardiac magnetic resonance and cardiac computed tomography may also be useful. No medical treatment has proved clinical benefit and surgery by aortic valve repair or replacement is the only effective treatment.

Pulmonic Valve Diseases,information regarding the valve function and the right ventricle function and dimension as well contributing to the timing of intervention optimization. Interventional treatments (pulmonary valve valvuloplasty or percutaneous implantation of pulmonary valve) have the tendency to replace the conventional surgical treatment.
