System Integration for VLSI Neurocomputing, the neurocomputing hardware more powerful, compact and electrically programmable synapses are crucial. Using the programmable neural chip with gain-adjustable neuron and adaptive synapses, reconfigurable neural systems with learning capability can be produced. In addition, hardware annealing can easily be applied to obtain the optimal solutions.
