Development of Direct Observation Method for Internal Structure in Silicon Nitride Granule and Green Body internal structures were examined directly by means of optical microscope. Sharp void spaces existed even in the green body which was isostatically pressed at 600MPa. Present method is very useful for studying the processing of ceramics, because it gives us more detailed information than other methods.
