Nicolai Korshenewsky,Wilhelm T. Rungeacture replica labeling (SDS-FRL) physically fixes glycolipids on the cast after quick freezing. Thus, SDS-FRL provides the opportunity to observe the natural distribution of glycolipids using multivalent probes. Here, we describe the application of SDS-FRL on the cell surface distribution of phosphatidylglucoside.
