Professionalization and Change: Recognition of Qualifications, Educational Processes and Competencirecognition of formal, non-formal and informal educational processes in the context of academic programs. The second study investigates how degrees acquired abroad are recognized. Finally, the results are classified within the framework of discourses on professionalization and change in Germany and contrasted with international developments.
