Florian Skopik,Tímea Páhi,Maria Leitnerquality, farinograph, mixograph and alveograph parameters were involved; and processing quality mainly discussed Chinese noodle and steamed bread quality. Some major QTLs identified for wheat quality traits provided important genetic and molecular information for marker-assisted selection breeding.
