Overview of Biologic Therapies, from the medical sensors and their growing beards. As the flight settled down, so the crews‘ appetites improved and their water intake gradually increased, which pleased the medics and raised confidence that the crew would be able to complete the mission in good health.

Petr O. Ilyinskii,Lloyd P. M. Johnston Conrad would later refer to his flight in Gemini 5 as “eight days in a garbage can,” with the romance of his first spaceflight ending pretty quickly in such difficult conditions. Habitability, while not a true experiment, was a highly important?area of investigation for subsequent long-duration spaceflights and the design of future spacecraft.
