Enantioselective Synthesis by Lithiation Adjacent to Oxygen and Subsequent Rearrangement,s field is presented. The first section concerns asymmetric Wittig rearrangements. Asymmetric retro-Brook rearrangements are then covered, followed by rearrangements of phosphate to phosphonate. The last section reviews asymmetric rearrangements of lithiated epoxides.
